It's now two a clock and we're back with Bastiaan on Dam square. How is it going Bastiaan? Very well indeed. We just had the start of the campaign. The chairman of our biggest labour union signed the first card. A lot of other signed cards are now coming in so i think we're having a successful day. Is there a lot of people on Dam square? There is quite a lot of people. It also is, as we call it, shopping day, it's nice weather so a lot of people are passing by. These are the people we want to see; not just the people we already know, who are already convinced, but the people from Amsterdam themselves and they are here in the streets now. So what it going on now? There is a debate going on on the subject of what the acceptence is of refugees in the Netherlands, how welcome are they, and the tent is full of people who are listening to and participating in the debate. There is also an information market with Dutch organisations? Yes. Something like 40 organisations have joined this manifestation today and they're having all sorts of information which they are sharing with the general public here on the streets. As far as i can see there's a lot of interest on what organisations are active right now. What did you do this morning at the beginning of the program? At the beginning we had an opening with a speech by myself saying why we're having this campaign a besides that we had a speech by the chairman of our biggest labour union and by a famous dutch actress. Any music? Yes, music as well. The Mindmenders. They were pretty groovy i may add. I understand thhere is also a marching band going through town collecting more signatures. Did you hear anything from them? How are they doing? I'm not quite sure were they are right now, so how the general public is treating them i don't now but theuy'll be back at about half past two and we'll see what's the score then. We'll try and meet them by phone later this afternoon. For now we'll end this and come back to you at the end of the day to see how the day as a whole went. Bye.
