Opinion on the conference.
NGO's between cooperation and confrontation.

Based on the experience at the conference I think NGO's are in the dilemma to find the balance between cooperation and confrontation in their work with the Governments.

In my opinion, the criterium should always be, whether this leads to substantial changes/benefits to the victims of racism and discrimination….

In detail, this should be based on the following conditions:

1. the governments/Bodies should show/express a real interest to combat efficient racism …
   
2. Respect the ideas/positions and proposals made by the NGO's
   
3. Grant access to the NGO's to relevant/all informationdatae/institutions where immigrants and immigrants interests are dealt or affected
   
4. Provide substantial financial support to the NGO's without conditions that affect their positions independancy.
