- Working Group on the Draft Declaration, covering the
meetings of Monday, 30 July in the morning, Tuesday, 31 July in the
afternoon, Wednesday, 1 August in the afternoon, Thursday, 2 August in
the afternoon, Friday, 3 August in the afternoon, and Monday, 6 August
in the evening.

Unlike the lobby document prepared by the NGO Working Group on May 31
for the 2nd prep-com, this document looks at the whole POA and DD (not
just the "victims section" of the POA) and makes comments and
suggestions throughout.
- HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH - background document for the
NGO Working Group which indicates the changes made between the May 28
draft declaration and the Group of 21 draft declaration, and the extent
to which changes proposed by the NGO Working Group were incorporated.
- HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH - background document for
the migrants NGO working group which compares the "victims section"
(Section II) of the May 28 version of the draft Programme of Action
(pre- Group of 21), with the proposed changes made in the May 31 NGO
Working Group lobby document, and the Group of 21, July 12 draft POA.
The document highlights the changes that have been made between the old
POA and the latest version, and the extent to which the Group of 21
incorporated the changes proposed by the NGO Working Group.
